Veteran Event Application
Thank you for your interest in E.E.T.’s events! Please fill out the application below and hit the ‘submit’ button for us to receive your application. We will contact you ASAP via email to confirm your attendance.
Please note that we have limited spots available for all our events, and it takes quite a bit of effort to get the horses to these areas. When signing up, please respect the time and effort all our volunteers put into these events and only sign up if serious about attending. If you find that you are unable to attend after signing up, please contact us immediately so we can give your spot to a veteran on the wait-list.
You will need to have your own transportation to and from the event.
All our training facilities and resources are located in Southern California, so we are currently only accepting applications from veterans who live in this area.
When attending this event, you will need to provide a drivers license / state ID, proof of insurance, and a copy of your DD 214.
